Cleopatra's secret

Hello beautiful ladies
I hope you all are having a good week?
Ever heard of Cleopatra? yes, that one... the ruler of Egypt also famous for her beauty surpassing all other women. You know what Cleopatra's little beauty secret was? she took milk baths regularly to maintain her glowing, soft supple skin.

Milk is not just good for your bones it can be used to improve the look and feel of your skin. Milk baths leave your skin looking and feeling fresh, young, and also exfoliates dead skin, the lactic acid in milk is very exfoliating. Incorporating honey to your milk bath is beneficial as it is softening, moisturising and beautifying.
Milk is best for dry skin because it contains fat(cream). Milk also helps to release tension, increase circulation and boost your immune system. The key is to use full fat milk and pure honey. Pour 1-2 cups of milk (or 1/2 c. full-fat powdered milk) and 1/2 c. honey under running, warm water. Swish around to mix, and hop in. Repeat as necessary.

Bathe like the Egyptians and live like Cleopatra.

Treat your skin right, love your skin, thanks for visiting and God bless.
