Healthy drink

What drink comes to your mind when you want to have something other than water, Coke? Fanta? Sprite?
We make cognisant choices about our everyday lives, you choose to bath, to brush your teeth but do you take time to care for what you drink?  Beautiful people, it is key to note that when you over fuel your body with fizzy drinks your body stores the excess energy as fat. 

You would want to fuel your body the healthy way and drink healthy. You can make your own healthy drinks and store in the refrigerator.  Use fruits like watermelon and pineapple; you can also add beetroot and ginger. 

Watermelon is an antioxidant; it helps to protect our bodies from stomach, lung and prostrate cancer. 

Pineapple is loaded with vitamins, minerals and enzymes that help to heal bruises, smoothen your skin, boost energy, and relieve pain around the joint.

Beetroot is high in folic acid and manganese, detoxifies the body fights against skin and liver tumours and improves the level of haemoglobin.

Ginger stimulates digestion, boosts immunity, can be used to cure common cold and catarrh, lowers cholesterol level and relieves nausea. 

Make your own drink and stay healthy, do this for a week and watch your skin glow and transform. The goal is to stay healthy and look good as well remember that anything you eat or drink you are either aiding disease or fighting it. Choose one.
