 Hello lovely people,

Here are five ways to prevent breakouts, goodluck!

1. Clean your phones regularly to avoid germs/ bacteria  from  getting to your face or body

2. Do not over stress yourself. I tend to do this a lot and its not good. Relax, take sometime out.

3. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I blend raspberries, grapes and spinach together to keep my system clean lol, you can add broccoli.

4. Change your pillowcases  every three days if you use  face masks and acne creams. 

5.  Keep your hands off your face! don't pick, don't squeeze.. it's hard but with time you will get used to it.

1)  What is the best foundation to use for medium skin tone, light skin tone and dark skin stone and which do you use?

 Medium skin tone -Bobbi brown, Lancome, Black up, Bare minerals,MAC, Max Factor, Estee lauder and Elizabeth Arden

Dark skin tone- you can try MAC, YSL, Clinique,Black up,Maybelline, Gorgio Armani, Estee Lauder, Chanel, Bare minerals,Sleek, Elizabeth Arden and Mary kay

Light skin tone(fair skin) - Nars, Lancome, Bare minerals, Lakme,Estee Lauder, Dior Nude,Clarins, Chanel and Artdeco

b) I use Bare minerals Foundation.


2 What hair straightener do you use and does the heat affect your weave?

I use Jose Eber Hair straightener and you can view the  website here 

b) No, it does not affect my weave because I use TRESemme  heat defence spray and you can get from boots.

3) Do you work out? (gym or any kind of exercise)

Lol.. No  I don't go to the gym. I eat healthy most of the time, I take long walks and brazilian dance work out online with Vanessa Isaac. You can watch it here.

4) What lipstick brand do you use?
I use YSL Le rouge, rouge volupte perle(spellbinding voilet, pink in devotion) and pur couture no 206

Mac- Prince Nior 

Lancome- LAbsolu Nu

Doir- Rouge Dior

Bare Minerals- Upper Class Red and Never say never.

Tomford- Voilet Fatale

 Quite often, we admire celebrities or even our peers that have flawless skin, sometimes we can't even go out without concealing that pimple or spot.Pimples, blemishes and breakouts are often the outcomes of excessive stress, improper diet and fluctuating hormones.

Most people put too much hope in skin care products forgetting that every time you eat or drink you are either feeding disease including common skin problems like acne, blackheads et al or fighting  it. You choose. 

The most important preventive measure one can take to fight these skin problems is to eat foods that promote clear skin.

1.BROCCOLI-This is  the flower head of a plant from the cabbage family – has long been known to be a healthy food.

One of the things it contains a whole lot of is Vitamin A, a vitamin that is great at improving the turnover of cells in the skin. 

This means that when you eat broccoli, your skin gets renewed more quickly and fresh skin is on top and the dead skin 

2. SEEDED RED GRAPES- the seeds can be annoying cause you have to remove them while eating and that's time consuming. However, if you really want to achieve a clear skin you will have the time to remove the seeds. 5 GREEN TEA- When you’re not drinking water, you should be drinking green tea. It has many health benefits including benefits for the skin. You can drink it cold or hot. to get the full benefits please do not add milk or sugar.
